Server Hosting and Sales

Everyone gets aggravated when they need their server updated, a server program installed or a setting tweaked and either they can't talk to someone to get it done, or when they do they can't understand the person on the end of the line. When buying or renting a server from Liberty IRM you'll get the personal phone number of your tech support provider, which you can call 24/7/365*. Our machines run primarily on Intel products due to their legacy of solid performance and reliability, however custom builds (PPC, Cell Architecture, 128bit, etc) are available. We will work with you to make sure the machine you end up with is the machine you want, and that it will fit what you want to use it for. Rental machines are hosted right here in Minneapolis, and can be setup in other geographical locations for security.

Networking

Many of Liberty IRM's staff have been trained through Cisco certified courses in various networking methods. We can connect geographically separated offices, setup LAN security, firewalls, failover connections and more. We can also setup Windows networks and authentication for a fraction of the cost of server licenses with open source products.

Computer Repair

Computers have quickly evolved to being the center of day to day activity and when something goes wrong, you want it fixed yesterday. Here at Liberty IRM we understand that, and we do our best to have no more than a 36 hour turn around on a repair. Quite often, the problem can be fixed right at your residence without having to take the computer at all, however for more complicated and intricate work we usually ask permission to bring the machine to our offices for repair. Our servers have more than enough space to back up all of your data, so if your computer needs heavy work done to it there is no risk of loosing email address, important documents or even pictures and music. If for some reason we find that you're computer is not fixable (for example, if you threw it in a lake), we won't bill you for the time it took to determine that.

Computer Sales

Liberty IRM strives to provide clients with the best computers for the job at hand. High powered gaming machines or simple word processor/solitaire computers can be purchased from us at any time. We work with you to customize your computer as well. Liberty IRM uses many brands of electronics and if you wish to stick to a certain brand (such as AMD) we will gladly go out of our way to build your computer with that brand's parts. However sometimes a brand new computer is just too expensive or unnecessary. We provide many clients with recertified or rebuilt computers based on their budgets or needs.

Website Design and Programming

The programmers at Liberty IRM have years of experience dealing with different website designs and coding methods. From purely informational sites and busy e-commerce sites to point of sale systems and tracking software, we can create and maintain anything without being a constant drain on your pocketbook. We work on your website on our servers until you are happy with it and then install it where ever you want to have it hosted for no extra charge. Even glitches that are caused by server incompatibility are fixed for free! Our mirrored servers ensure reliable client websites and we use some of the most cutting edge and efficient technologies in the IT world.
