Liberty IRM unofficially started over five years ago from a hobby of fixing computers for locals and programming simple websites to a wide array of technology related operations. Karl Ortmeyer, one of the business partners, moved along the process of becoming a true business entity in 2006 and supplied the required organizational support. Stephen Liberty, the other partner, started to prepare the technological base with servers and coding practices. After expanding rapidly, Liberty IRM became focused on maintaining a steady growth. They contracted with students and other technology minded people in the area to provide different specialized services, and reached out into the global marketplace so that the poor local economies will not stunt it's growth. Liberty IRM takes full advantage of the four major universities in it's immediate area. Each university provides a different kind of workforce - artistic, technology oriented, liberal arts, law, organizational support such as accounting and business operations. With so many new minds coming in, Liberty IRM has a perfect foundation for new and innovative ways to do things.
